Our mission is simple: to provide the best possible lacrosse experience—for players and their families. The “H” in HLC stands for honor, heritage, humility, and hard work—the core values that guide everything we do.

We’re powered by an exceptional team of dedicated coaches and board members, with decades of combined experience as players, coaches, administrators, and leaders in the sport.

At HLC, we emphasize individual skill development, team play, and a deeper understanding of the game—all while building character through teamwork, accountability, commitment, self-motivation, honesty, and integrity.

And yes—we make it fun.

HLC is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) lacrosse club offering year-round opportunities for league play, tournaments, practices, clinics, and skills training.

We’re proud to serve athletes and families across northern Maryland and southern Pennsylvania.
