Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Gunpowder

Upon proceeding with payment, either in full or by installments, the payer/parent acknowledges that HLC, upon accepting payments allocates it’s full resources to provide services based all budget players per team for full payment to cover expenses during the club season. The payer/parent fully acknowledges the ALL fees are NON- REFUNABLE, either when paying all upfront or selecting an installments plan (i.e. installments cannot be cancelled). They acknowledge that all installment payments will be completed in it’s entirety. Please be aware that if a player or parent or club decides not to play or participate or removed at any time, the payer or parent having accepted a position and initiated payment, that these fees are NON-REFUNABLE (i.e. installments cannot be cancelled), as referenced above. However, HLC does realize that there are situations when a player is injured and cannot return to play with the club during that club season. The club will address injuries on a case by case basis, with appropriate medical documentation provided.
