At HLC, our coaches bring both experience and professionalism, completing certifications through USA Lacrosse and the Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA). This ensures our athletes are guided by coaches who not only understand the game, but also know how to teach it in a positive, effective way. Maintaining a clear boundary between the roles of parents and coaches is crucial to creating a healthy, productive sporting environment.

Lisa is a highly respected physical therapist and orthopedic specialist with deep expertise in injury prevention, recovery, and athletic performance.
